Coming from a diverse professional background in the medical, insurance and legal (non-attorney) professions, Kenneth (Ken) always enjoyed the privilege of being in the people business. With almost a decade of real estate under his belt and a drive for success, he studied for and earned the National Association of Realtors Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. At this point in his journey, it was only logical for Kenneth to become a Real Estate Broker, and establish Cagan Realty Services, LLC. 

In addition to his professional work experience, he has an M.B.A., B.S. in Business Management, and an A.S. in Surgical Technology. Ken's real estate experience combined with his other work experience and education creates a special synergism that makes him a unique broker. 

As a firm believer in treating everyone equally, Ken is proud to bring this inclusive philosophy to Cagan Realty Services.

Sophia has been passionate about Real Estate most of her life.  As a  child, she would tour residential neighborhoods and new construction  developments with her dad. As a second generation Realtor, since 2004, Sophia has learned the importance of building relationships with her customers and guiding them through one of the biggest investments in their lives. It is evident by the repeat customer business and referrals from family, friends, neighbors and other Realtors around the globe, that Sophia is a very well respected and compassionate Realtor that truly makes the selling, buying, investing or renting experience a truly unique one. Her customers rave about her attention to detail, her willingness to help with every aspect of their Real Estate experience and her knowledge of South Florida and the surrounding  communities.

She has worked under Coldwell Banker Residential RE for 10 years, Weichert  Realtors for four years, and RE/MAX for three years.  Along the way, she  earned many designations that include: Accredited Luxury Home  Specialist (ALHS), Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), and Short  Sale Residential Specialist (SSRS). Sophia listens to what her  customers’ wish lists are and treats each one as if they are family, which has helped her become a top award winner in every company she has worked with.

She and her husband, Ken  are known for their dedicated work within their community. They have two kids, Zack and Brianna, and a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, named Molly. They reside in Coral Springs where their children attended  schools and made many lasting relationships. In their spare time, they enjoy boating, traveling, and the beach which is why living in South Florida is the right choice for them!
